New In-Game Recruits:

- Recruit must post an introduction to the "General Board" prior to the discussion thread.
- The Sponsor starts a discussion thread under the "General Private Board".
- All the Guild members can participate in the discussion. This thread will be open for 1 week.
- After the discussion, the Sponsor starts a poll under the "General Private Board", all the guild members can vote.
- There will be 2 options in the poll:
- Yes : For guildies that feel this person, through in-game experience, should be in the guild OR trust the judgement of the Sponsor.
- No : For guildies who have a real objection to the person being invited, guildies who vote no are required to post their reason(s) for voting no or the vote does not count.
- The Sponsor informs the Recruit that the poll has been started.
- The poll will run for one week.
- The Sponsor informs the Recruit the outcome and consequences of the poll.
- At the end of the poll if there is at least 1 valid "no vote":
- The poll is closed and the Recruit cannot join our guild.
- At the end of the poll, if there aren't any "no votes":
- The poll is closed and any Officer can invite the Recruit into the Guild.
